Our beef is sourced from local farms before being traditionally hung on the bone for 30 days in our purpose built fridge where we control several variables to optimally age it. Our skilled butchers hand pick and butcher each product to every customers personal specifications.
Over the past 30 years we have let our meat do the talking and cooked our products off against Competitors with overwhelming success.
